1. Design Team:

GEM is equipped with expert design team comprising of more than 15 Design Engineers who are knowledgeable in their respective fields. Our Design team is able to Design Systems as per customers needs, able to simulate Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems, design of precision components such as Missile Control System & Actuation components, Aircraft & Helicopter Airfoil Aero-engine components etc. Our team have expert knowledge of Solid Works and Auto Cad modeling and they are able to provide various calculations depending on the need such as Stress Analysis, Working Pressure Calculation, Tubing Selection, Component selection based on flow and Pressure, structural design etc.

2. Integration Facility:

GEM is equipped with skilled work force and they are well versed with various integration related activities such as compression fittings, High Pressure Collar Gland fittings, Tube routing, Welding, Pipe Bending, Coning and Threading etc.GEM has supplied more than 2000 assembled systems over a span of its operation. GEM is able to design and integrate pneumatic Systems till 2,500 Bar and Hydraulic Systems till 10,000 bar.

3. Manufacturing Facility:

GEM is equipped with Sheet metal cutting facility where are all the panels are built before they are assembled in the Integration facility. The panels are assembled for UHP applications and are tested from all aspects before being finally shipped to the customer

GEM also specializes in the manufacture of Aerospace & Defense precision engineered products. We have latest and high precision Multi-axes CNC Machining Centers, CNC Turning Centers, CNC Wire cut EDM, EDM; Precision Metrology equipment ranging from a Feeler gauge to through a 3D CNC Coordinate Measuring Machine for Precision Inspection, Scanning, Reverse Engineering and in-house CAD/CAM facility for 3D Modeling & CNC programming to meet the increasing demand to manufacture high precision components, sub-assemblies, sub-systems required for Aerospace & Defense applications. We have TIG welding facility.

GEM is also a well known manufacturer of various types of fittings like Ermeto Fittings for Tube / Pipe OD’s from 06mm to 42mm as per DIN 2353 and ISO 8434, Wire Cut Fittings (to withstand vibration); 45 Degree Fittings apart from 90 Degrees. Fittings with various combination of Thread Standards of Metric, BSP, BSP Taper, Flare Fittings (UNF / JIC), NPT, Female Threads (Of All Standards) & SAE Standard Fittings. Forged Fittings (Press Forging) - Tee’s, Elbow’s, Banjo’s, Bulkheads, Prime Material Bar Stock (Hex and Rounds) - Straight Fittings (Coupling, Male / Female / Combination) Studs).

GEM also specializes in Hose assembly manufacturing as per various MIL standards. GEM hoses has been rigorously tested and approved in various defense and Aerospace organizations. GEM is able to supply hoses for various needs both hydraulic and Pneumatic such as TEFLON PTFE SMOOTH CONVOLUTED HOSE, SS CORRUGATED FLEXIBLE HOSES, ALL TYPES OF HYDRAULIC HOSES IN RUBBER AND THERMOPLASTIC ,SS & RUBBER EXPANSION BELLOW, SS JACKETED HOSES, STEAM, AIR, WATER, CHEMICAL, INDUSTRIAL HOSES.

4. Quality Team:

As an ISO 9001, DNV, AS and NAQ certified company GEM stresses to deliver quality products. We have dedicated quality team who performs routine quality inspections starting from Raw material to finished goods. The products are strictly adhered and supplied as per customers’ terms and conditions. Our products have been inspected for their quality by various third party agencies such as BV, DGAQA, IR class etc for respective projects and have found to be satisfactory.

GEM is equipped with various testing facilities such Hydraulic Proof Pressure Testing facility, Pneumatic Test Facility, Burst Test Facility, Bubble Test Facility, Burst Test Facility.
