Annual Maintenance Contracts

• GEM takes pride in its ability to cater our vastly spread clients all around India serving them with our dedicated manpower who are specially trained to carry our maintenance and repair.
• The systems can be contracted after the end of warranty period and GEM is committed to provide availability of Maintenance spares up to a period of 15 years for their systems
• The Customer can benefit from these contracts in two ways which is listed below

Non-Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contracts:

• As the name suggests these type of contract only takes care of Evaluation, trouble shooting, Repair and testing of the repaired systems
• Systems are also given routine maintenance depending on the usage which may vary from Monthly to Half yearly
• Customers are recommended to stock Spares which are recommended by GEM which will reduce break down time during repairs
• The spares are recommended by GEM after evaluation and after its purchase repair and testing is carried out

Non-Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contracts:

• This type of contracts covers everything from Spares to Evaluation, Trouble Shooting, repair and testing of repaired systems
• Customer in this case is at ease and do not have to worry about new purchase orders during the time of purchase of Spares
• Systems are also given routine maintenance depending on the usage which may vary from Monthly to Half yearly
